Housecall Providers is a Portland-area nonprofit organization that believes everybody should have the right to medical care, delivered at the right place, at the right time.
We offer team-based primary care wherever you call home, hospice services for both our primary care patients and other adults in the Portland metro area, and community-based palliative care support for seriously ill members enrolled in Medicaid through our advanced illness care program.
