Housecall Providers maintains strict customer information privacy policies. HPI takes great care to ensure that your information is not compromised by unauthorized persons.
Housecall Providers does not sell, exchange or rent your personal information to any organization or individual. Housecall Providers will not divulge personal information to any other organization or individual other than that necessary to transact, fulfill and or account for online donations and purchases.
Housecall Providers does not share your information with telemarketing centers. Housecall Providers does not use telephone marketing to solicit funds. Housecall Providers will only use your phone number if we need to verify information or occasionally to thank you for your contribution, ask for your opinion or invite you to a special event.
All patient information is confidential and released only with permission as outlined in, and in compliance with, HIPAA regulations.
What information do we collect?
When you make a donation, volunteer, advocate, Housecall Providers may ask you for your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number as well as other relevant information (e.g. hours available to volunteer).
How do we use your information?
Housecall Providers uses personally identifiable information you provide about yourself: a) to respond to your questions or comments about HPI services; b) to fulfill requests to volunteer or advocate; c) to process your donation, verify your credit card and send you a tax-deductible receipt; d) confirm a donation or order; e) to thank you; f) to send you additional information about HPI programs, services and needs that we believe will interest you; and g) to protect against legal liability. We list all contributors in our newsletter unless they wish to remain anonymous.
HPI may disclose to third parties aggregate statistics about donations, volunteers and advocates (e.g., total number of donors, total amount of donations for specific periods, average gift size, total number of volunteers for specific projects or events, total number of advocates). These statistics will not include any personally identifying information.
Housecall Providers will not use personal information in any way other than described in this policy. Housecall Providers requires employees, agents and contractors who have access to Personal Information to protect information consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Opt out
If you prefer not to receive any mail or e-mail correspondence from us, please send us your request to be removed from mailing lists with your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
