patient profile
"Grandma Gig would not have gone to the doctor’s office prior to treatment of her schizophrenia. Your visits have played an indispensable role in her newfound ability to trust health care providers. Now she loves any doctor or nurse and we really appreciate the visits to her assisted-living facility. It’s so unique and wonderful—thank you!"
- Grandson of Marlene Gigliotti

- Not in need of an emergency first visit
- Patients (or family, when appropriate) agree to have our services
