Housecall Providers is hosting a breakfast forum at Multnomah Athletic Club, June 4th at 8:00 AM entitled “Return of the House Call”. Keynote speaker will be Thomas Cornwell, MD, a nationally recognized expert in home-centered care and current president of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine.
A panel discussion will follow the key note address focusing on the impact of the modern house call on patient health and health care cost.
