Thank you to our Season of Memories sponsors

December 15, 2016

The first Celebration of Life service and reception was held Saturday, December 10th at the First Unitarian Church.

Season of Memories is a special holiday opportunity that offers members of our community a number of meaningful ways to recognize the season while making a difference in the lives of our homebound patients by supporting the mission of Housecall Providers. We want to thank our sponsors of Season of Memories and highlight two companies that supported us this, our inaugural year: Dignity Memorial and Regence.

When the loss of a loved one hurts more on holidays, birthdays and anniversaries, you can take steps to manage your grief by addressing former traditions, creating new ones, and addressing your own needs. Dignity Memorial provides not only diverse personalized funeral and cremation services to honor the life lived by your loved one; we are there before, during, and after your time of need with prearrangement planning, our Life Well Celebrated  and catering programs, grief management library and groups such as LIFT, our social support group for widows and widowers. We are here for you as professionals, educators and involved members of our communities. Contact your local Dignity Memorial Provider any time; our offices are open seven days a week and someone is available by phone 24 hours a day.

In 2014, Regence, a family of regional health plans serving members in Oregon, Utah, Washington and Idaho, launched one of the most comprehensive palliative care programs in the nation for its two million members. Called Personalized Care Support, Regence members receive a holistic set of benefits including caregiver support at no additional cost. If you or your loved one is a Regence member, call the Case Management Intake Line for resources and assistance (866) 543-5765.
